Yeah, I'll probably use the GCN controller. But I'll test the other controllers too, in case one is better than the other(which I doubt).

Yeah, the Wiimote looks like it sucks. The Wiiremote/Nunchuck looks complicated. But the Classic seems quite a bit like the original N64 control scheme. I MIGHT use that.

Either the Gamecube controller or the Wiimote and Nunchuck. I haven't tried the Wiimote and Nunchuck, so that should be interesting.

I just ordered the T-wireless Thrustmaster, I'll post here my thoughts on it once I get it. ....man, I need to order a used Wavebird somewhere for cheap, I need at least two wireless controllers, and Ebay is my only place to look for cheap ones anymore. Some people say that the wiimote and nunchuk way is actually pretty good to use. I still prefer the original, I'm gonna try all of them though.
